After replacement windshield in a basically brand new car it leaked. The argued it was the sunroof. Remember it's a basically new car that had never leaked. Finally Ford stepped in and guess what it WAS the windshield. Of course my new car had had a windshield leaking for 3 months by this point. I wouldn't let this company touch anything I own. It's not that a mistake was made, no one is perfect it's how they stood behind thework.. Service: Windscreen replacement

First I wanna say Safelite is the way to go if you have a broken windshield of some sort but I recently had to get my truck back windshield and front and my guy Jason from Safelite came out and did the back but unfortunately due to my old truck couldn’t do the front due to rust it’s cool I understand big company big liability but since I am a DIY person I asked Jason can I get the window now since he brought it and I’ll do it myself and he was cool enough to walk me through all the steps that I should do to get the old one out in the new one in and grab the glass and I did it myself and I’m back driving around straight up my guy Jason Michael tanory definitely deserves a raise he hooked me up fr Services: Windscreen repair, Rear window replacement

Had my glass replaced by Mark the technician. He was great, professional and very nice to talk too. He is a great spokesman for Safelight.
