I was surprised at the level of commitment I received from JC. He wasn't after a big payday and when I ran into insurance troubles he walked me through the process and even when not everything went our way, he was very reasonable on the remaining repairs not covered by my insurance.

Jesse and his team were outstanding in every way on our roofing job. Jesse from the beginning walked me through the process and showed me materials that were going to be used on the job. I met with 6 roofing companies and by far Jesse was the best in presentation and price. Jesse even went on to the roof and measured for complete accuracy, never relying on an a internet equation. I first contacted Jesse about installing a metal roof on my place by Holden Beach. My first impression was very positive. My call was returned promptly and an appointment was made to meet. Jesse was on time and prior to ever going on the roof. I was able to see his insurance certificate and contractors license. This may not be important to some, but for me shows the level of commitment and dedication to doing the job correct. While I did obtain other bids it went back to who I was comfortable and impressed with. A verbal quote or text message quote to me was not impressive. A detailed written quote of what materials will be used and and estimate of time was important. The crew that installed the roof was on time, worked all day except for lunch and cleaned up after themselves. So, no I did not find drink bottles or cigarette butts in my yard. There was also a young man that went over my yard with a magnet to capture roofing nails. (So far so good.) I am very pleased with my new roof and the quality to which it was installed. You pay for what you get. I have learned this the hard ways at times. Bronto Roofing is a quality service. Worth the difference over someone uninsured or not licensed as a contractor. Jessie, At the beginning before anything was done to the roof top I pull all the metal staples out of the ceiling inside their was not a drop of water ever drop from the ceiling. I replaced the staples with screws to hold the ceiling up. No water of any until the pressure washing was done that’s where the water came from that Seep through the installation and gathered onto the plastic. We been in this house for 14 years we always just cleaned the roof with bleach and a brush hose it off with a garden hose let it dry and then applied cool seal. This is your problem to fix at your cost. We are not going to pay for a problem that your company as done to our home. I have had another big roofing contractor in this Area to come out and give his opinion in writing that we were over charged when a metal roof could have been put on which would have been more efficient. I hope you stand by the contract and the warranty of your wrong doing. I need to know your decision if you are going to stand behind your contract so we know we’re to go from here to get our home repaired from the damage from your company. To make it livable again.
