I have come to this Nationwide for years now, and have always received amazing customer service. In the past few weeks, I've been having car issues and needed to speak to my location about options. I couldn't get any one on the phone, even when I tried twice. So I chalked it up to being busy at lunch time. My car situation got worse, and I ended up going to CarMax to get a newer vehicle. I called this location that morning to give them a heads up, and the lady on the phone told me to call back when I was buying. I received an appointment on 2:30p to see the car, and was calling this Nationwide location to go forward with my policy change. NO ONE PICKED UP! I called multiple times to reach someone before 5pm, and no one was there to help me. When I needed you the most, you all weren't there. I finally got in touch with Nationwide's 1-800 department and the lady asked me why I didn't try my local location. I informed her of the situation above and how furious I was trying to reach them. I hate to say, "You are not on my side." I'll find a different location for assistance next time.

Highly recommended! The D M V needed a certain insurance form that was not in their system. I returned to the back of the line and called the office. She stayed on the phone until I was called to a window. Turned out my agent was right, DMV was wrong.
