Me and my son was at the McDonalds on Limerick dr and have been in line for the last 45 mins !!! This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a McDonalds!!! I have lived here all my life and never ever have I had to go through this !!! Mike needs to hire new management and employees to make it go by fast !!!! And plus when we order which we are still in line , our total came to 30 plus dollars and it should have been but 20 something !!!! This is uncalled for and very unprofessional!!!! You might have lost my business cause of this !!!!!!!!

Hello Mike & Melissa, Hope all is well! I really hate to leave a bad review on your restaurants. You may remember that I worked there many years ago for 6 years! Tonight I stopped by the McDonald's in Troutman and the service was horrible! The girl at the window initially had a problem getting the sauce for my 2 - 10 piece nugget meals and while I was waiting, I grabbed a fry. They were cold, old. No other way to put it. I asked if I could please have fresh fries and that I would even pay for new ones. She then had a worse attitude and would not take the old fries back (she said she couldn't, I'm not sure if that's true) but I asked her to throw them away and she said she couldn't. She shut the window told her coworkers that "this woman wants fresh fries" all while having an attitude. Is it too much to ask when you pay $28.06 for food that you get decent customer service and fresh food? I know that you agree with me, after all you have always been about customer service. Quite possibly the rudest McDonald's and fast food restaurant I have ever been too. I have gone to the Crossroads restaurant 4 times in the past few weeks, and each time I am a bother to them. I will not be "bothering" them any longer.
