    This place was absolutley amazing. My husband had a rib-eye, cooked to perfection. I had the chicken marsala, recommended by the waiter, David, and WOW!! BEST marsala to ever enter this mouth. Also, the french onion soup...amazing! The french fries were one of a kind, exdellet. There are animals all over the walls watching you eat, a little freaky but you get used to it. My 2 year old loved looking at them, there was not a bored moment. Finally, the carmel cheesecake for desert was succulant!! Everything was amazing. The waiter was very warm, friendly but most of all helpful. Truely a gem!

    I have never had issues before with using my Attractions coupons until today. Usually I order a meal and get one free. Today I ordered a Burger for $7.50 and the other person using the coupon ordered a burger for $7.00. I also ordered a drink...approx. $2.00. When we got the bill it was over $16 with the coupon(up to $25.00). When questioned the waitress blamed it on the tip that was added to our bill. Not to mention someone else at our table was charged a gratuity that had nothing to do with our coupon. They rang us up on one check and added the gratuity in advance without even a warning just because of the coupon. The coupon says that parties of six or more cannot be rang up separately NOT 3. We all felt like we got ripped off. It's such a shame. Instead of getting business from the coupon they just lost three potential customers and word of mouth means a lot.

    One of my worst dining experiences ever! I should have learned after the first time, but since the server told me a particular item that my daughter wanted wouldn't be back until after the holiday menu I decided to try again. (Holiday menu not mentioned on website.) Tried again in March...told by server they no longer have escargot. After a sub par meal with an overcooked steak (sending back once was enough and it isn't hard to prepare RARE) I see my bill was charged 20% gratuity after state taxes and there were two $2 charges on my bill. Once I spoke to the manager Angela she informed me the $4 was for two waters and the 20% is because they are a "fine dining" establishment. I questioned $4 for tap water and her reply was "well, we have to pay for glasses and ice.

    Why they don't close this place is beyond me. Has the owner read the negative reviews? 20% tip for a few people. Tip added after tax is included. $4.00 for two glasses of water. Sub par food. My husband and I ate there in March '13 and I don't understand why anyone would give this dump a second chance. I hope they've closed and put this place out of it's misery. Yuck !

    BEWARE Groupon users. If you do not present your Groupon as soon as you are seated, you are SCREWED. Doesn't matter if it's even before the bill is run. We were told that because we didn't present the Groupon before ordering, it was invalid. The server even brought a copy of a Groupon printout with the "Present upon being seated" marked with yellow highlighter to prove our WRONG we were! Keep in mind, this is supposedly an upscale restaurant. Well, we asked for the manager to explain why using the Groupon was problem (since it was for 2 entrees and a dessert - not even a financial challenge), and the manager/owner REFUSED to even visit our table. Are you kidding? Not even talk with us? I've NEVER had this happen before. This restaurant is a pretender, at best. Other than a large group, there were only 3 other tables occupied when we were there - and this was 7:30 pm on a Friday night. Now I understand why. AVOID this restaurant, unless you want to pay inflated prices for average food, and ESPECIALLY if you want to use a Groupon.
