        The television and phone in the room did not work. The room was comfortable and clean. They make you give your personal information to a 3rd party "parking" company. The night shift front desk was very helpful with the parking situation (just give hotel phone # and address) but could do nothing about the TV or phone. Day shift desk was not helpful at all when told about the issues. Note: 5 star service is for night shift desk.

        The room smell bad. No extra toilet paper in bathroom the toilet paper that was on roll was almost empty. Shower glass doors wouldnt stay shut. No hand towels in bathroom. Deadbolt wouldnt lock. The lady working at the desk said she would have manager contact us but that never happened. Rooms: The room smells bad!! Shower doors wouldnt stay shut. No extra toilet paper in bathroom. Toilet paper on the roll was almost empty. No hand towels in bathroom. Deadbolt didnt work.

        I had a great, comfortable, & relaxing stay at this Hotel this hotel is very kind & make you feel like family awesome/amazing staff through & through honestly i recommend this hotel if your in the area this is the one for sure Walkability: Everything is in walking distance when it comes to food choices
