James was great! Picked up my phone call right away and was at my house 3 hours later He did several tests and discovered the fan on my Samsung freezer was not running, causing my freezer to shut down He returned the next day with the part and got everything up and running again. I would definitely call them again were I to have an issue in the future with one of my appliances. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. They are only out to make money. 1st I hired them because my microwave stopped working. I paid the father in full even though I had home warranty he had to order a part. Weeks later he finally came over and it was the wrong part. I also gave him another job on my sister refrigerator. To fix the ice machine. Which took him 5 times coming out just to fix it over 4 weeks. And finally he came back said he fixed my microwave. 2 days later the same thing happened to the microwave again. Now he didn't show up after making an appointment with me and wouldn't answer any of my phone calls or text. I had to replace the microwave out of my own pocket after paying my deductible. Only when I put a complaint in on thumbtack did the son James call me. And asked me to please pull back the complaint so he could get jobs. He wanted only to refund half of labor but I was still out $300+ after having to replace it. The son James said please give him another chance his dad should of just replaced it never should of tried to fix it. Then it would of only cost me the $100 deductible. But I pulled the complaint and gave him another chance and hired him to fix my double ovens. He said he fixed it I tried it on Christmas and it wouldn't get hotter then 210 degrees he came back a week later after not showing up again. And said sorry I forgot to plug this in the back up again now it's working. So my Xmas dinner was ruined. And now the same original problem is still happening he's been paid and ignored me for over a month. Finally messaged me and said he would come back and never showed up and finally called me last night and informed me he would come but only if I pay him an extra service fee on top of another repair. Never ever hire this company they never show up cost you extra money and frankly can't fix anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Used this service to fix a dryer. Payment was PAID upfront requested by the company. Wrong part was order first time. Second part on back order. No communication for months. Then dryer finally died and was not successfully fixed. Spoke with owners twice, was evasive as far as a refund, then have left multiple texts and voicemails. This company never returned a text or voicemail. Only randomly answered when I had made repeated attempts. Very unprofessional and should have been handled in a timely manner and made right but has not been handled at all. DO NOT USE this company and never pay anyone upfront for a service that has not been completed. Unbelievable to do this to anyone or a senior especially. They will be hearing from Senior Legal Aide and the BBB. Service: Dryer repair
