Southern Propane

Took my little propane tank when they came out and hooked up their 100 gallon tank. Called them to get their tank back because it was not what we agreed on and when they came to pick their tank up they took the regulater so now I can't even hook the new rank I had to ho buy since they stole the first one I had. This is now two thing they took from my home that didn not belong to them! Called about it and they will have a manager call me. Last time took a month for him to call me' so let's see how long before I get my kids some heat

The driver in service vehicle 10578 was driving recklessly on HWY 150 in Lincolnton/Boger city. Then the white man driving the service vehicle proceeded to flip me off. Real professional.

The company processed my grandmas check for her normal installment for the year but stated they didnt have record of it. They let her run out then tried to charge her an inspection fee. While stated they couldnt fill it until she had that done. They later found her money and were not willing to wave the inspection charge. Awful business ethics! Find somewhere else so you dont find yourself paying for their mistakes!

DO NOT USE Southern Propane - Stanley ... Megan has repeatedly failed to call me back & follow up on what she said she would do... I called 3x this morning (from my cell phone) to confirm a delivery tomorrow being that she never called me back thursday or Friday (another lady said she'd have her call me back) i assume she was frustrated that i didn't understand having to DRIVE to the OFFICE in 2019 to fill out a form that the technician can bring with him to the HOME THAT I OWN when he brings the assembly for my fireplace. I figured it was strange that an out of office was on at 10-12 in the morning on a weekday so i called from my office phone & low & behold she answers the phone & when i say "Hi Meagan this is Ericka Jordan" ... she just starts explaining how she is trying to get her manager to understand bringing the service order form out with the assembly, i said "well why didn't you call & tell me that, i'm expecting service tomorrow" I have a certain FEELING about the lack of customer service, follow thru, care & BLOCKING of my cell #, i wasn't rude to this lady... that's all that i'll say other than they don't do good business... who the hell blocks a customers call, just tell me i'm sorry you HAVE to come to the office & i would've took my business elsewhere like i'm doing now.... Southern Propane .... NO BUENO
