I have been with Erie insurance since 2005. I know the owner very well and don't enjoy his political ideology being shoved down my throat and my ideology being belittled. His lack of empathy for the downtrodden is really astonishing. I believe our business should be only about insurance. On a recent visit I asked to discuss my life insurance or at least have a better understanding of it. The owner said if I don't like it don't pay for it. On the other hand his employees are great. Believe I'll shop around the multitude of different insurance companies and make certain that my auto, home, and life insurance policies are at excellent rates and coverage.

I make a request and its carried out almost immediately. I feel you all always look out for my best interest, even if it isnt profitable for you. In todays time, I feel like Im constantly waiting on someone to help me with a variety of things. Its comforting to know I dont wait on insurance needs with Miller Insurance.
