        Tire blew out while driving today. Our insurance sent OGS towing for roadside assistance. Very professional driver!! Super timely and even took us to the side to show us the other front tire and where it had wear on it and was likely to blow out soon as well. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and letting us know that it needed to be replaced as well. Would definitely recommend OGS Towing!

        The tow truck driver Ricardo was very professional and gave great customer service. He advised that I needed a new battery after checking it, that I didnt need a tow unless I wanted one, and said an auto parts store nearby would replace for free if I bought one there. His recommendation saved me time and money. With the day starting off poorly because my car wouldnt start, this tow truck driver brightened my day and made me happy! Service: Battery service
