I thought Rick was a wonderful man when I met him. He sure fooled me. I brought my truck to Rick because he has 3 of the same vehicle. He kept my truck almost a month for a high idling problem. He never once called me to update me. I had to call him every week just to hear he hasn't touched it. When it was finally all said & done, I paid $600 for parts I didn't want replaced. Rick took it up on himself to do work on my truck that I did not authorize. I even got the truck back with the same idling problem! Was assured it'd be fixed if I came back the next day. So I did, a month later I still have that high idling problem which is putting stress on my motor & eating my gas. I got half a mind to take this man to civil claims court. Be warned. Would not recommend this shop if it was the last one on earth. Highly disgusted.
