I have used this company for two years since I moved into the area. My previous house was full of spiders and within two treatments, we never had a problem again. My new house was just disgusting! Spider webs everywhere and a terrible german roach problem. They were EVERYWHERE!!!! Tyler was fantastic!!!! We had to remove the awful carpet right away to get the treatment into the walls, but now we are roach free! So completely awful to think that people could live like that! But now I am very comfortable in the house knowing that the little critters are gone! I have them come quarterly and it really keeps the pests away. Great company!! Pest control may not seem like the type of service where you develop a bond with the technicians, but the crew at Pest Authority/Mosquito Authority of the Sandhills have been so kind, perseverant, thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable that we would claim them as part of our family :) In addressing our mouse issue, they truly made us feel like they were as committed to helping us be pest free as we are! I have had contracts with many others over the years, but this has been by far our most positive experience, and we can only encourage anyone looking for pest and mosquito control to give them a call.
