      image The local agents in this office is wonderful but the claims department is the worst. My home was rob 2 months ago and I have been given nothing but the run around. I have had 3 adjuster to date. None of them ever return your calls or emails. You have to cc the local office for anyone to reply. The damage that was done to my home I paid to get repaired because my claim is still processing. As a customer this is unacceptable. Please beware!! The local Aberdeen office is wonderful but if you every have a claim or an issue that they can't deal with it will be a total mess.
