Purchased supplies for Mother and she was never able to use them . Made 2 attempts to return the items; first attempt had receipt and was told needed credit card used initially to return; second attempt took receipt and credit card and associate working said she didn't have the authority to do the return. This was the same associate the first return attempt. She said we would have to wait until the manager comes back which would be Wednesday. If the Manager is not going to be available he needs to give his staff the authority to take returns.

When traveling in Northern Michigan, my husband's large floor oxygenator started sounding alarms. We called CHM in Smithfield, N.C. ( his provider). They, in turn, call an affiliate office closest to where we were staying. When we arrived there was a replacement waiting at the desk with our name on it. No questions asked, no paperwork. In and out literally in about one minute! Talk about fantastic customer service! Thanks so much!

I was in pain and went in to look for a knee brace. After trying on two I decided to buy the second one. I brought a knee brace( Thursday) only wore it back to work had to take it off because I was in so much pain. I never put it back on reference I had an orthopedic appointment on Monday . I found out I had a severe torn meniscus along with needing a partial need replacement. I went to return the brace on Tuesday after my ortho doctor gave me the proper knee brace. I spoke to lady(Tamika) their and she stated I could not return it because it had been worned mind you she didn't even look at the brace.. She stated signs are all over the store if it has been worned you can not return it. I tried to explain it to her but she said she would have to call her boss. I left my name and phone number( almost a week ago) and I have heard from no one since. It has been almost a week so I called today and left another message. I may not get my money back but a follow up would have been great.

Update ***. The manager came by today. He brought me some of the needed product. Thank God. The problem was the person in charge of ordering, they didn't till I complained. The 5 Stars are for him. He said anytime I have a problem, to ask for him They have been 5 Stars the entire time I have been receiving goods from them. Something has changed. No followup if you have a problem.Wrong size sent with last delivery in January.Called and had them picked up. Another order was to be sent. Again no followup. I called again Monday. No followup. Called again today, Thursday. No follow up! No driver. May get what I need tomorrow or Saturday! What do I do in the meantime, sit on the toilet all night and all day, till my order is delivered!
