        I got over the fact that they advertise their sports physicals for $35 online and charged me $50 but what I dont appreciate is receiving a bill for them saying I owe $50 when I paid in full.

        I took my son to this location for a sports physical a few days ago. This was my first and will be my LAST time going to Health Zone. First, I had to argue with the lady at the front desk about the price. Their website says $30 for a sports physical and she was trying to charge me $50. After asking to speak to someone else she tells me shell take the $30. Then when we get to the room, I notice blood, yes BLOOD on the floor and on the stool. I ask the doctor if it's blood and he says yes and that he'd get someone to clean it up right away. I over hear him ask someone to clean it up and ask why wasn't it cleaned YESTERDAY!!!! Blood is a biohazard!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
