I'd prefer a ZERO stars option. You can NEVER get through on the phone, after waiting an hour you get hung up on. The reception is a joke I had to ask 5 different times and wait over 2 months for ADA paperwork to be filled out and I'll just be honest - nothing but Latino illegals on welfare/Medicaid are seen here - they use student doctors only and I literally had a student doctor say to me "she's making her best GUESS" in regard to my high blood pressure! Having a "doctor" use the word GUESS certainly doesn't make you feel confident in the care you're receiving. Saw my primary a couple times but then every other time I had an appointment it got changed to another student! DO NOT bother with this place and go to a real health care center.

They hold you hostage in a room waiting for a dr while you hear them all goofing off in the rest of the office, playing Kevin gates and rod wave, trying to see the dr and get out, not make it a whole day trip. I got a baby sitter for this.

This place is will cancel your appointments the day before, the day of or move your appointments and not tell you. They have done this 3x now and they never care to apologize for their mistakes. Their negligence is so upsetting. Since July they have cancelled 3 appointments and we havent been able to come in for a new patient visit. They dont take accountability for their mistakes and make it seem like oh thats your problem. Make sure you document anytime you try to make contact this place because they will lie straight to your face. I hope theres someone higher up who sees these reviews and does something about it. Very poor customer service.
