Called this Friday morning 12/29/23 when they opened up at 8:00AM, Didn't get a call back right away. But I called back within a hour, around 9:00AM. Lady I spoke with very kind an helpful with the questions I asked. Said they were booked for today an wouldn't have any appointments until Tuesday next week, but they sqeezed me in today was here round 11:00am an was out of here in about an hour, for knowing the location of the septic tank. Done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend. Thank you Wesson septic.

Excellent service provided! I called to have a septic tank pumped and the crew was there within hours and worked well into the evening to make sure the job was done right! A very reputable company here in Cleveland County!

While this is a good company and will get the job done, at this point in time they seem to be overworked and understaffed taking appointments weeks out if you can get them to answer the phone. If your needs are more urgent you may have better luck with other septic companies such as Dennis Willis Septic in Cherryville since they service Shelby and also answered the phone when we called.

I called Wesson's at approx: 9:45 am, left voice message. Very nice lady returned my call at approx: 11 am. I explained that my septic tank was full and backing up. She said she would see what she could do and would try to get here today. At 12:00 i received a call from the driver and said he would be here in about 20 mins. 2 very nice men came and within 1 hour they were through and gone. There was no damage to my yard from the truck or workers. very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company, very reasonably priced.
