      Hi Ashley!! We appreciate you taking time out to leave us a review. We must reiterate, as we explained to you before, the measurements for the insulated glass unit were provided by Matthew McDaniel each time. At no point did Commercial Glass take measurements, nor did we have anything to take measurements from, as Matthew provided these by a drawing he brought in, as well as subsequent phone calls. Also, the glass unit in question needed to be ordered as it required tempered glass. That was the reason for the three week lead time that Matthew was aware. We always appreciate feedback from our customers, whether positive or negative. All we ask is that it be factual.
