        It would have been better had the worker not been a jerk over a tool. The tool that would have fixed my car in 2 minutes... We said, "Can we borrow "X" tool...or "Z" tool, either one will work." Because the worker heard X tool first he said they didn't have it. He didn't offer the tool that would work to replace the part...that he did have. Why be so literal and not think outside the box...offer another option..."Oh, we have this rather..."

        I needed a new pair of windshield wipers, so I went to Auto zone during my short break at work…Maria helped me SUPER fast, installed the wipers for me, and was so kind and genuine. I have never had such good service at an Auto Zone. I was in and out within 5-7 minutes. Highly recommend!
