      image I've read other reviews regarding the lack of any type of customer service at Thomas Pottery and I'm sorry to say, it's true. They don't respond to emails or messages and then when you finally get ahold of them, they could CARE LESS about your business. Your pottery is lovely but you need to work on your people skills.
