Falls Creek Apartments

I recently went and toured an apartment here and Jason helped me. He was wonderful, very polite, and helped me with any questions I had. The place is well kept up and such a pretty place to live. Thank you Jason for all of your help!

Had to leave a review because in the last two years we have lived here, we have had very little to no issues and the problems we did have were resolved so fast. This morning I had to call about my AC blowing just plain air not cold, Jason managed to call his maintenance team and got them to my apartment within the hour and before I even got home from running errands my AC was fixed and cooling back down my apartment. We absolutely love the home weve made in this complex! They are great and our neighbors are wonderful.

My wife and I were looking to relocate from Michigan to North Carolina. While searching for a new apartment home, we came across Falls Creek Apartments. From the moment we drove into the parking lot and walked into the office, we felt like we were checking into a resort. Jason immediately made us feel welcome and answered all our questions about moving to Sanford. As we finalized our plans for our move, Jason and Ms. Sherry were always willing to answer questions and guide us through the move-in process. We love our apartment, the grounds, and the surrounding neighborhood. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly and professionally. We hope to make this our home for many years.
