I have been to the ER and once it was rsv and bacteria infected throughout my body. I was made to sit in the hallway for over 2.hrs with me begging for a more comfortable place to wait and like the other.time I was there respatory infection, sitting.next to people trowing up all-around me. They said both times that.they were short.staffed. Yesterday I needed to go but the
EMTs said that.the.halls.were packed and I would most likely have to wait. I am not sure what is wrong but it wasn't what I thought it was . I have been in the hospital and once.on a.floor with a room I couldn't complain. Pleasedo something to get this.fixed.

I have never had a problem here. They took excellent care of my family whenever we were there. Yes the ER always has a waiting time but they all do.

I had an amazing experience, felt so comfortable and cared for from beginning to end. This is from someone who was not excited to be going to Rowan however, I would not hesitate to be treated here again. Especially with my orthopedic team.

Although the wait was a little light than I would have liked. My came in to the hospital on the 29th in a lot of pain due to inflammation and a blockage due to his Chrones. Even though he had to wait they didnt make him sit in pain. They took him back and took some blood and treated his pain so that while he waited in the ER to be seen he did not have to sit in pain. He was then transferred to a room following the ER. He had incredible care from the nurses on the second floor room 284 and a wonderful team of Doctors who have seen him everyday including Easter. Among them were the primary doctor, a surgeon, and the IG doctor. This was my very first experience with Rowan hospital, but I would definitely refer this hospital to people and will use this hospital if ever need in the future

The nurses in the outpatient facility are AMAZING. The ER is terrible. You might has well just die or drive yourself to concord.
