Excellent speeds and connections. Customer service has always been great to work with. I have my own infrastructure for connectivity (wifi/ethernet), so I know the internet service is consistently good. Only times it has gone down is when there are other power issues in our rural area. I suspect they have some node nearby that is affected by outages. Within 15 minutes of power being restored, I am back online. Expect a lot of waiting for fiber lines to be buried but I suspect this is not really in their control (third-party contractors). Highly recommend their fiber service if its available for your location!

Dont go with this company. I have had terrible service. I had to call and throw a fit before anyone listened to me and now of course today I have no internet and I cant work. The exceptionally rude (as always) workers in the repair department told me oh well and hung up. Now...I cant work and they didnt offer any kind of note or email or anything so I can let my boss know. Im so done with this awful company. If you guys cant do better then you really need to work hard on figuring out how to help your customers whose livelihood depends on your service. Its seriously worse then wind stream, who I am calling now to see if they can provide service. Im beyond done. This is the last time you horrible people allow your people to hang up on me. Edit. I have tried with this company. Almost 100 a month for super bad servicewell yall better watch it cuz I went with the competition and not only is the service 110% better so is the price by almost $30.00!!!! So long guys. I wont be back and I will continue to tell everyone my experience. Including the line your service guys left out for over 3 weeks
