Well simply put the doctor that was in charge left he was awesome. Treated patients with respect and dignity. Then comes the new doctor ok no problem things go smoothly at first!! My special needs son and I go in for an appointment with runny nose and sore throats during Covid so of course they want test ok no problem however after test being done he won’t be able to see us for over 2 months. Guess what that means no refills on medication without bloodwork which he didn’t tell me nor the staff. I didn’t do the Covid tests I canceled the appointment said I would call back when we felt better. 2 weeks later and a call an appointment was made for 3 months out I asked for refills just for my son oh no we need bloodwork we can’t do that for another month to 6 weeks he can’t go that long without medication while I’m trying to explain that to a nurse she’s getting rude with me puts me on hold then the doctor gets on the phone and proceeds to call me a different persons name I corrected him he then informs me his nurse said my name was the name he called me once again I corrected him. How rude and unprofessional for a nurse and a doctor to act like that the first time I corrected him about my name should have been enough. And yes if you’re asking I told the nurse my correct name also. Needless to say Three Rivers Medical Clinic lost 2 patients that day. And no I haven’t changed my name to Patricia Locklear yet I’m rather fond of what my parents named me at birth after all it’s the first gift you receive in life.

The service and staff of the front office here are ok but I transferred to this clinic from Aiken, SC with an array of physical issues and certified disabled by the state. My provider was John Crawley and he seemed more focused on getting in and out than actually addressing my issues. Also, on my second visit I overheard him telling another employee “She’s probably just looking for pain meds”. At that time I was suffering from immense pain and this comment was particularly upsetting.
