They want pay the employees!! Been owning me since October called HR and the administrator but want return calls and want pay me because they made the mistake not a good place to work, I I figure if I work I want paid. Sorry that they can't be professional and do the right thing!!

Poorly run, extremely understaffed. Food inedible - for example - was served a pork chop, ice cold, with only a plastic spoon for a utensil. Asked for pain med at 10:45 AM, received it almost 3 hours later. Staff picked up expensive shirt with laundry, but it was never recovered. Food service took notes on likes and dislikes then promptly ignored it. Physical therapy equipment is limited and not in the best condition. It's obvious that Oak Grove is a profit center where money tends to be more important than the residents.
