    Bought a 2021 Thor Twilight camper from Bill Plemmins in June of 2021. During our initial walk through we noticed several warranty issues and they were recorded. Took our camper back in October for winterizing and warranty work. Took them three months to get parts and then they were the wrong parts.Now they can't give us a date for when the new parts will get here. I call at least ten times a week and goes to a recording with no call back. Just terrible service department. Overwhelmed, always has excuses. Don't buy from this place. You'll thank me for it later.

    Went to purchase a camper an seen a used one they took in on trade the sales said he didn't even know about it or inspected to resale.so he looked at it an came back with an offer we all agreed on. So he asked us to wait to put the down payment on it for a week so they could pull it in an make sure everything was good to go. Well the week was about up an the salesman called an said that they couldn't sale it that it had been flooded an it was a total loss. It was going to be scrapped out for us to come look at some others.Well we decided not to pursue another one that we would wait. Well 3 weeks later we go to a campground at the local area an we see a similar camper to it an spoke the the family who has it. The gentleman said he just bought it from Bill Plemmons we said it like the one we also looked at but where we had already made a deal previously we still had the info about it an we couldn't believe our eyes it's the same camper with all the defects we were buying but they had perchased it for about 5 grand than what we were quoted.So no I wouldn't deal with this place ever.

    We bought our class A motorhome from them a few weeks ago and had trouble getting the front leveling feature to work. After a multitude of phone calls we haven't hear a word. If we had known about their reputation for poor service we would not have purchased from them. Our fault for not reading all the reviews. My husband finally got help by calling the manufacturer of the leveling device. It now works no thanks to Plemmons.

    Do not buy anything from this place! The salesman tried to make us pay $5k more than the advertised price and only agreed to the advertised price when I took a screenshot of it and showed it to him. He knew absolutely nothing about the travel trailer we purchased. They shorted me on the instructional advice as well. They did not complete the pre-delivery inspection and right out of the gate, two sinks in the trailer leaked and the hot water didnt work. They sent someone out as a courtesy, for the first time, but they implied that I would have to pay for any future repairs. They did pay for the leaking sinks, but refused to offer any additional help unless I brought the trailer back to them and they are about an hour away.. They also refused to provide documentation of the pre-delivery inspection and the manager never returned my calls. The trailer also lost power about a month after using it part time. The Jayco White Hawk along with working with Bill Plemmons has been absolutely horrible experience. Do not buy from them or purchase a Jayco.

    We have purchased 2 travel trailers from them which has been the only good experience we have had. When it comes to service, this is where things go terribly wrong and unacceptable! We have a life long warranty and it takes us over 2 months to get an appointment to bring our RV in. When we have had to have warranty work done, we have been without our RV for over 3 months and nobody calls to give us updates, we ALWAYS have to call to which it goes to voice mail. This past August we got a recall from Jayco regarding our propane tank valves. We in turn informed Bill Plemmons gave them the recall notice and they told us that they would have to order. We asked them if they could take care of this since they still had our Rv, this way we would not have to make 2 additional trips, since we were informed that they have done several recalls already. We picked it up end of August and had to mention again about the recall and told "Oh yeah we'll get it ordered." Mind you we told them beginning of August. WELL, here we are at the end of October and WE HAVE No repair not ONE WORD FROM THEM!!!! Unfortunately we have a feeling that these valves won't get fixed until next year at warranty time and ONCE AGAIN it will have to be left in order to get it fixed. As usual will have to be the ones to contact them, since they don't follow up with us! There needs to be some serious changes to the service department as this is very poor customer service and to me this is a poor reflection on the company as well. An update: we received 1 phone call after orginnial post and it has been nothing but crickets!!! Still no warranty repair or an update on status!! Better yet NO PHONE CALL!!!
