I have been a customer here for over 8 years. I had to make a claim for my roof and the adjuster couldnt figure out what had caused the damage and denied my claim. I contacted the Phillip Thomas team in the mistaken belief that they would be able to help. I had talked with someone else today that had had the same type of issue. They told me that the agent is the key and that their claim had been denied at first, but their agent went to bat for them and got their issue resolved. This agency told me that it was not covered and it was normal wear and tear. My roof was put on immediately after I bought my home 8 years ago. This is also the same agency that would cancel my auto insurance if I was late to pay, so that they could give themselves false new sales with State Farm. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
