This is the type of contractor you don’t want to get involved. If you want to hire a scammer, he is good at it. Very irresponsible! He took our down payment money for materials and job done. More than a month later, materials were not on site; house got busted out. Nothing was built. Trash and debris were everywhere. Parked his trailer in our driveway for more than 2 weeks and took vacation instead of working. Never answered our calls until we addressed that we will report him. He literally robbed our hard earned money in this difficult of time. We are bringing him to court. We are doing this with the hope that there won’t be another person got scammed by him and that he would not destroy reputation of any good/hardworking contractor out there.

To anyone out there ... I recently had a vinyl privacy fence put up by Quality Property Renovations which is owned by Matt Helms out of Rockwell .... now that he has been fully paid he is nowhere to be found ... if you happen to see him please inform him that I need to talk to him about the unfinished and leaning fence that he PROMISED to make right .... again his name is Matt Helms who owns Quality Property Renovation ... I have his phone number for anyone who would like to help me get in touch with him...! I am trying to get him to either complete and fix the messy he has created or return my money. Also, I need his address because he is not returning calls or text messages. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them ... I only want what I paid for ... he has taken my money and refuses to contact me back.
