Cherie Schultz is one of the most professional and knowledgeable realtors I’ve dealt with. We have entrusted our home to her property management company for years and have been extremely happy with their service. They do a great job choosing the right tenants and looking after our investment.

I had very similar experience as the other 1 star reviews. Upon check-out they charged on damages that were caused by the previous tenants. Do not use this company, they over charge you on rent and be frankly greedy and unfair upon check-out. Stay far far away. There is a reason why a majority of their reviews are 1 star reviews. They will probably respond to this, as they have to all the other negative reviews. Don't listen to them. If you do rent, take pictures! It's sad.. they take advantage of good people.

My original review, was just out of frustration from everything going on from my husbands job, my job, to LOTS of family issues (it's honestly ridiculous how many family issues there are), to some miscommunication between the company and us (which isn't entirely the company's fault), and it was just all to much to not only comprehend, but also deal with, since it is all happening at once. I would like to acknowledge that the rental company actually does a pretty great job of making sure their tenants are doing what they're supposed to be doing, and taking great care of them. For instance, one thing the company has been great with for us, is every time we have an issue/something breaks, we contact the company, explain the issue and they always have someone out there within 2-3 days! Deborah, she is amazing! She is very understanding, and really tries to help you in every way she can! But to the Century 21 Cherie Schulz Firm, I do acknowledge that my original review was very harsh, and it was very unfair to you. I took all my frustrations out on you, when that wasn't right of me to do so, and I honestly am just very sorry for everything. My original review was very immature of me, and I do acknowledge and take fully responsibility for my actions that. I am truly very sorry.. - Erica A Carneal
