        Worst experience ever. Wasn't even close to having our modular home done on time. No issues with weather, they simply couldn't show up. Over 250 pictures of issues. Had to have the factory get involved to get everything completed and fixed. Run don't walk away from this company.

        Friendly yes probably the only reason I'm giving him 2 stars ..when I looked at website we were very excited. trailers on lot looked rough.most were floor rotted we didn't feel comfortable walking through . nothing like website. Did awalkthrough but felt very unsafe gave us a step stool to lookin houses. But nothing like website. Doesn't have land home packages as offered on website. U have to fund ur own land. Didn't get a good vibe. It's looks like the owners giving up.

        This is a dealship that has been there through the thick and thin times and is still going strong throughout the many years I have known them. I buy their wheels and axles. Hats off to this Independent Mobile home dealership.
