I used to love the Sonic here in Reidsville, but over the last 18 months it was open, they kept getting orders wrong, they kept overcharging, they were TREMENDOUSLY SLOW and at times downright rude.
They closed a few weeks ago, I think mostly because they were losing business steadily and at least partly because of all the complaints I know people were making to corporate, including myself.
Probably won't open back up, I'm thinking.

Went to Sonic today, Sit at drive thru window for 5minutes. Finally a lady speaks to me and asked to take my order. I tell her what I want in detail.She asked if I want fries or tots. I said just the 2 sandwiches. She tells me how much it is. The total was $3 and some change. I asked if she had the 2 sandwiches and a small tea. (and starts laughing) And, then says so you want the combo. I said No. She is still laughing talking to her co-workers? I said Nevermind I do not want anything.
When I drive by the pick-up window, there are 3 people standing there propped against counters conversating. They look up. I stopped. The lady walks to the window and I asked "Is there a reason why it took 5minutes for you to ask for my order? Or why you were laughing the whole time while taking my order? She looks back at the 2 guys (while laughing) says she said I was laughing while taking her order. I asked to speak to her manager. He comes out to my car and I asked why it took 5minutes before someone asked for my order. He said when it rains the speaker messes up. I asked if he thought it was ok that she was laughing while taking my order. He said no I don't. I said Ok Thank You and left. I WILL NOT BE going there again!!!!
It was raining, The drive thru was empty. and there was 1 car in the drive up order spots with no one in the car!
