        Extremely rude customer service. I tried to explain a situation in which I was cut off mid sentence and the lady said I cant help you with that and hung up.

        Horrible customer service. I wish serta didn't use this company to deliver for them. The canceled confirmed delivery and rescheduled another date without checking with me. Called to get things sorta, and "Rain" kept reading her script as if whatever I was saying didn't matter. Companies like this should not be in business!
