        I tried getting an appointment for 5 MONTHS and just got passed around with no response. I called, left messages, and emailed my original contact several times and went to the office THREE TIMES to get an appointment and was kept being told that "someone will get back to me". No one ever did. I don't want to say it's because I'm a minority female but I can't figure out why they would treat me like that. They speak to me in the beginning claiming I will get a call back and it ends right there. This has been since October 2023. No way this is how they normally do business.

        I would not recommend this firm to anyone.  Incredibly unprofessional and overpriced.  Had to re-file twice and pay a penalty and when we asked for a refund for the services, we were not only denied but insulted.
