Natural Body Spa and Shop

I'm so glad that my friend and I decided to get a facials as a part of our girls weekend. This was my first time visiting Natural Body and the spa has a nice atmosphere and the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The facial was great and the esthetician did a nice job of catering to my specific needs. We are already planning another weekend to go back! Another plus is the location. The spa is located in a nice shopping center so after our facials we walked around and went shopping (yes, with no make up on but we both looked great because our skin looked so amazing).

I had 3 gift cards that were given to me by my fiance, my children and a friend. They mistakenly got packed away into storage for a year. The value had plummeted from $215 to $74 when I took them in to pay for a service. Moral of the story....don't buy gift cards to this place. It is inexcusable that they DEDUCT $2 each month from the value of YOUR gift card that someone paid for! (Yes, after 12 months, but still!) I have a ton of gift cards and not ONE deducts. What inspires a business to do this....and why?! There are plenty of other great spas in Raleigh to support. Don't put your gift recipient through the frustration I have been through!

I love the Natural Body Spa. I've been 3 times and each every time I've received a warm reception and excellent service. Some of the best massages I've ever had!

I went in for a first time wax. I wanted to start with just a basic bakini. Figured if all went well I would ease into the brazilian. During my wax the lady informed me she acually gave me a deluxe not a basic bakini. I asumed she did this as a little extra to get me to keep coming back and to go with the deluxe next time. Nope! I was charged for the deluxe. I was whatever about paying the extra cost until I compared to my BFF who went with me for her first wax as well. She had much more work done and was much more cleaned up than I was. The fact that I got stuck paying for a service I did NOT ask for and was much messier than someone who got the basic done is just frusterating. This is just bad business businessiWeren'answerinquestions, this is why I gave them at least two stars.
