Great place. Just doing some amazon returns. In and out. Every was masked. I would say ok location in brier creek. What else could you ask for. Doing more services now besides shipping expanding business. Parking in front is bad more option to park on the back side. Would come back again no complaints.

Whew! Let me start off by saying I do drop-offs at this location and the employees always greet me with a smile. The assistant manager on the other hand… she’s a different story. I spoke with a woman named Alicia (unsure of the actual spelling) and she was so utterly rude. I was calling to see if this location participated in USAA deposits and she had no clue what USAA was. Cut me off multiple times and I couldn’t get a full question out of my mouth. I asked if she could assist me with finding out the location, couldn’t get that question out fully before I was cut off again by her telling me “I don’t think so.” I asked her since she’s saying “think” can we find out for certain. That sent her tone into attitude territory so I asked for the managers name, instead of responding with the name, she responded by telling me she was the assistant manager… definitely NOT what I asked. I asked again and she finally told me it was Jessica Lane. I was absolutely disgusted with her rudeness and unwillingness to even attempt to help me, I would’ve sat on hold while she tried to assist, but that wasn’t even an option. She was rude, wouldn’t let me ask a question, and was unwilling to help. I will definitely recommend NOT calling this store trying to receive any information. You will be treated like an inconvenience. Update: Not even a week later I decided to go back and try again… I walked in getting ready to give the greeting of the day and without even looking up the employee (I didn’t catch his name but he was the only other male employee working besides Cam’Ron on 8/28/21 @ 3pm, just in case the owner would like to know…) stated “Wait a minute😒😒” I politely walked to the next counter to be serviced by Cam’Ron who greeted me with a smile, as well as assisted my quickly and efficiently. This location definitely needs assistance in customer service period! They act like you inconvenience them by waking in the door. I know people need workers, but is this really the quality of worker nowadays 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just FYI there is a place called “Going Postal” not far from here (3 minutes) that ships UPS and they have way better customer service, they just aren’t open on Saturday 🤦🏽‍♀️

The male representative that answered my call was very impatient and abrupt. Did not want to listen to my question or help me. In my opinion very rude.
