I need security to accompany me to a rough area in Raleigh to get a loved one out of a undesirable situation. It was reassuring to have Josh and Andy present because there was a situation that could’ve gotten dicey when I went to get my loved one. They went talked me through the situation and talked to my loved one which they didn’t have to do and I am very thankful for their actions. I would hire them again.

Tried to book them 2 weeks in advance. Required my friend to keep calling them everyday for 2 weeks straight. He ended up going to a “meeting” where He was sent out of the room. He heard through the doors about how they needed to call me to inform him that there is nobody available. He waited 20 minutes on a couch when nobody else was there and had to knock the door, where the guy says “he hasn’t called you yet?” Apparently they did not put our information on the computer. Poorly ran business- very unreliable. Now we are without a security service 1 day before needed.
