First time I’ve been to this Subway and it’s the last time. I also work at Subway and I can tell you that this one is just unsanitary and the workers don’t care about service at all. The fridge isn’t stocked, lettuce and other veggies look old and rotten, and it just seems unsafe to eat here.

I work at Triangle Mall and usually don’t eat at the Subway because the woman who usually runs the front is very rude, but today I decided to bite the bullet because I didn’t want to eat at my usual lunch destination. The turkey sandwich I order was clearly thrown together, I was charged for double meat and only received a regular portion and the sandwich just looked very unappealing. I could tell the bread was old from the way it was falling apart. When I let the manager Cassidy know about my experience she was all but helpful. She did nothing to fix the horribly made sandwich and was very nasty in her explanation as to why I was receiving the poor customer service. I will never eat there again and I will be contacting the BBB and health department in regards stale bread and old lettuce they are trying to get rid of.
