Waited a few minutes for them to stop talking and take my order. Got tired of waiting on the employees to stop talking to each other so I left and went elsewhere.

This place is a whole pile of "just don't care". The drink machine was broken. The staff can barely communicate. My sandwich was not made right (you can't get more simple than add stuff that has the bubble filled in). And this company's idea of a meatball sandwich is absolutely revolting. It might have been slightly better had I gotten the mozzarella that I marked down, but still your actual meatballs and sauce are gross. The highlight of the meal was the prepackaged Cool Ranch Doritos that thankfully helped get rid of the awful taste of the meatball sub. All of which was washed down by room temperature tea.
