3/23 Update- I'm not sure what has happened to this place. We went around 10 am so it wasn't busy. We got a chicken cheddar biscuit and a ham biscuit. It was ready quickly, BUT once in the car, both biscuits were very dry, chicken was not fresh, and there was no cheese as required. The donuts weren't rhat great either. In addition to that, the staff seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Needless to see, we likely won't be going back.

Customer service is fine. Food is great. My biggest issue here and the reason for 2 stars is they dont accept phone orders. And on their online ordering, there is no option to select cash as your payment option. Im a full time server so cash is all i ever have, and with the addition of not taking phone orders, ordering from here is damn near impossible as going inside there is always a massive line and takes forever to order because the employees are too busy making orders. Which i understand, but for people paying with cash, going here is rediclously difficult and makes me want to go to literally any other chicken place. If they could just add a cash option to their online ordering this would be much easier.

I have been to this location several times and have enjoyed their chicken biscuit several times, but today when I got home their chicken patty was dried out and not edible. I would expect this to happen occasionally for a cheap fast food biscuit but it is unacceptable if you are going to charge $7+ for a biscuit.

I was not sure how a chicken and egg biscuit could be "richeous." Was I wrong? Yes. Apparently a definition of richeous is:
Doing, or according with, that which is right; yielding to all their due...
And to everyone out there, they definitely do this. One of the best breakfasts in Raleigh.
These people are serving up the things breakfast biscuits should strive towards. It's reasonably priced and reasonably quickly served. The biscuits and gravy are awesome as well (do add a sausage patty or an additional protein of your choice). I highly recommend.
