        1. The Worst Customer service in NC. The dispatch is very rude. 2. They lie about their time. If they tell you to wait for 1 hr be sure to add another 5 hrs on that. Dispatch keeps lying they are 5 mins away. 3. They kill the clock doing nothing so their rate goes up by the hour. 4. Unless you have lots of money to waste...Stay Away from them. You are better off with another shop or dealer.
