Amari P was extremely rude. My provider submitted bill electronically September 29 and again on October 6. Interactive advised they did not receive bill until October 21. They then waited another week before "writing" the check and will wait yet another week before they send check. This puts my provider not getting paid for almost 45 days.

Interactive has alway been a good company to work for. I have worked with them for 20 years. I love working with all the staff and management.

Interactive always does everything they can do for their customers within the guidelines and rules that are to be followed. They treat their employees with respect and are prompt to fixing any issues that may arise.

Just spoke with Elizabeth. She was professional, courteous, and very helpful in answering my questions. What a blessing, since filing claims can be very difficult. She took the time to walk me through accessing the website forms I needed. Thank you, Elizabeth :)

Do not get your flex spending through them. Horrible customer service. They reject almost everything that's flex spending eligible then they're horrible to get in touch with. Told me to pay them back for my son's braces claiming braces are not flex eligible.
