Petra is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. We had a situation in which we needed to turn around and sell a house we had just purchased and she made it happen very quickly. She sold our homes with ease and helped us purchase the home that we really wanted. She has been in this business for quite some time and I would recommend her to anyone needing to buy and sell.

We found Petra when we first started our home search (first time home buyers) right before the pandemic started. She was always available to help answer any and all questions we had, which was a lot haha. She helped calm us and make us feel confident in our decisions along the way. Throughout the process we ended up having to sign with a different broker due to the location we were looking in and Petra was honest enough to want the best for our search as she was not familiar with our search area. Although we had to sign with a different broker Petra was still there along the way to help guide us which we are so thankful for! She is absolutely the reason we got our first dream home, and was even able to help guide us in negotiating some repairs as well as the seller paying for a home warranty. We really can not thank Petra enough for all of her help. She’s absolutely everything you would want for someone on your side when purchasing a home.
