Alicia Frazier, an AWESOME City Gate Realtor, held my hand throughout my entire home buying process. As she felt me giving in, at times, to bleak moments of hope to rectify my credit, to changing my mind about homes (on Sundays while she's driving to church, she would get calls from me saying, "I don't like that house. Can we look at more?? and this is when all of the papers were signed, sealed, and almost delivered!) She not one time made feel any type way but in control, and to the fact that this is a very important purchase in my life; to treat it as such. She found a Lender that helped me get my credit score to a good place. She watched over me like a guardian angel. My Realtor prayed with me in my home (after we closed). I CAN ONLY THANK GOD FOR ALICIA FRAZIER!

Simply Amazing. PJ Hooks and the entire staff at City Gate Real estate give a new meaning to what a Real Estate company is. Throughout what was a complete nightmare of an experience, even though buying a short sale, PJ and the City Gate staff stepped up and went way beyond what anyone could expect a Real Estate company to do. From dealing with our extremely picky wants, tight budget, selling party refusing to sign, extremely rude selling agent, extremely rude and uncooperative seller, last minute lender change, re-typing agreements, re-re-typing agreements, re-re-re-typing agreements, sellers not moving out on original agreed closing date, all of the other typical short sale issues, and much much more, PJ Hook and City Gate Real Estate dealt with everything and explained everything so we could understand every step of the way. I can go on and on about everything PJ and her team did for us, but the bottom line is I would bet anyone that they can't find a better agent and agency.

I have used their drop slot for about 3 months and have never had a problem. I paid my security deposit at night through the drop slot and what do you know.... they misplaced my $450 money order!!!!!! I called and was asked what would I like for them to do about it????????? My reply... find my money! Very irresponsible of a real estate company and now I feel leaving my money through a drop slot is not the wisest with this company.
