Greg was a neighbor with a great reputation in our (old) community and the surrounding area. He guided us through the entire selling process, starting a couple months before we decided we were ready to sell. He had to cope with several somewhat difficult issues along the way, but never faltered. Greg was outstanding from our first call with him through closing on our house. As first time home buyers not knowing what to expect, Greg took the time to walk us through the process and made sure we knew what was next, what was normal, and what didn't seem quite right. Once we decided on a house, he was pro-active to make sure all of the right inspections and follow-ups were scheduled. Even in this crazy market, I do not think the process could have gone any smoother. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Triangle area.

We just sold our house using Greg. Throughout the process Greg was great to work with. He priced and advertised our house well generating a constant stream of showings. He went above and beyond turning on and off lights for showings while we were on vacation. We found him very responsive to our large number of questions and gave great advice at every step of the negotiation process. When we found ourselves on a tight schedule to vacate the house, Greg offered to help in anyway he could. We happened upon Greg at an open house. Although, we didn’t buy that particular home (someone already made an offer) he helped us find our dream home. It took several months. He was patient, insightful, always available, even with our constant texting. We really felt like he was on our side & not trying to close a deal. We liked him so much, we hired him to sell our house. It sold the second day on the market. When Quicken delayed our closing, he recommended a local broker. We closed within seven business days.
