The place was a bit quiet, but it was the Monday after Christmas, and a rainy day, so it was understandable. Our food was good and the service was fine. My friend ordered the creme brulee for her dessert. It was way undercooked, so she exchanged it for the brownie and raspberry mousse, which was a great choice. Overall, a fine lunch experience.
UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review, I heard The Oxford is closing. I was very surprised to learn this!

It started as a fancy bar. Was overpriced for what it was. The restaurant started to lose regulars as soon as novelty worn out. Later: Not very clean. Slow service. It is closed now.
