Given the number by another organization to try to get information on services for a loved one in crisis and Marcy was down right rude. She refused to give me any information on the process. To the point that I would never send anyone there for help because people dealing with mental health and addiction need support and not a hateful unprofessional counselor!!!

I had the worst experience with this agency The Therapists on my son 's case were dishonest and biased and unprofessional. They take advantage of the insurance and They take sides in custody battles and twist the facts to help one parent against the other. The last thing they care about is the child.

They never keep the same doctors or there is no doctors....the teams always change they quit have new staff all the time... my daughter had three different doctors that said something different about her sickness which makes no sense their plan of therapy is always increasing or decreasing the medicine they have no real plan for the patient.... My child cognition thinking is fair one month is limited the next month is impaired The next month... they have no idea what they are talking about or what they are doing for people who have serious mental problems...Im not finish talking I will return.
