I absolutely adore my counselor! Appointments always fit my schedule, and I have always found the receptionist very helpful when I called. They were able to match me with a therapist that specialized in the issues I needed to address. I highly recommend them!

Very rude people 2 girls were laughing at me because of my depression that work at the front desk if I could give 0 stars I would very unprofessional your suppose to help people not make fun of them really wish I could find somewhere else but I can't because of meds they need new management very rude if I knew corporate I would call I usllay don't right reviews but really laughing at me very rude

i wish i could give this place no stars. this place is not managed well at all and Dr. Ann F. was not very professional with me. no one ever answers the phone. no one called me to confirm my appt. before hand and when i was running late due to traffic..i called and called and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. when i finally got there..there was no one at the front to greet me and i went to the back of the bldg to look for someone, I found my dr. (Ann F.) and she was very rude. she was on the phone and rolled her eyes at me and just told me to come back at another time and gave me a insincere apology when i told her i really needed to see someone about getting medicine refills.. very unprofessional and non caring attitude. . i was still in the 15 min window and i still had some time left for the dr. to atleast take my information and meet/greet ,ect and review my info later for prescriptions i needed. that is the kind of treatment im used to at my previous doctor office and it should be a standard. its called working someone in...hello?!! traffic was just horrible that day and it wasnt in my control. AND there was no one waiting for her or anyone else in her office. no one in the waiting room for that matter. if someone answered the phone before i got there, i would not have wasted time going there. the receptionist was running late but that doesn't mean someone, even a doctor, could not help man the front desk and phone. what happened to customer service and team work...they lost my business.
