viewed their rental property at 5155 windy hill DR and while the place itself is in ok condition, it obviously hadn't been cleaned. kitchen cabinets are filthy, master bathroom left much to be desired, and this place has been open to viewing since January! I'm sure this is also the kind of company that turn around and require the property to be spotless on move out, but give it to you in this condition. If they actually clean the place ill be happy to change my review, but the state of the property doesn't give much confidence on their professionalism and attentiveness if I were to actually rent from them.

Denied for low credit. My score is 639. This is far from a good score, but is one that many rental agencies work with. Quality property managers will include some credit guidelines on the application, to save both party's time.
