Love Fur Life Pet Sitting

I was going on vacation for 4 days so looked into hiring a pet sitting service to care for my precious cat, Chloe. I debated over dropping her off at a pet sitting location or having someone come into my home to care for her, but after a week of researching I made the conscientious decision to choose an in-home service to care for her; for I didn't want to stress my cat out by taking her out of her domain- our home. Response Time: I initially submitted the contact form on the Love Fur Life website and Shelly responded within the hour. She offered a complimentary visit to my residence to meet me and fur ball. From the moment she entered my home I felt a sense of relief- she had a smile on her face, introduced herself, and arrived on time. She asked pertinent questions about my cat (how many times per day she eats; what kind of food she eats; where her toys were located, what her personality was like, a brief description of my cat, emergency contact info, vet info, etc), and answered every question I had. She then asked to be introduced to Chloe because my cat wasn't present upon Shelly entering my home- my cat's very shy and jetted to my room to hide under the bed. Shelly bent down and chatted very softly to my cat and offered her a treat. Usually my cat will crawl further under the bed so no stranger can pet her, but she stayed where she was and let Shelly pet and feed her a treat. I felt so comfortable providing Shelly with a spare key and leaving my cat in her care. Follow Up: Shelly spent 30 minutes per day with my cat and would text me daily to let me know how Chloe was doing. This allowed me to enjoy my vaycay even more knowing that someone was petting, cleaning out her litter box, feeding, and giving my cat attention while I was away. The Return: Upon my return home my cat was happy as a busy bee. Usually if I leave her for 2 days with enough water and food to last until I return home, she'll still have an attitude with me for a few hours of me returning home, but she was like "Hey Mommy, I'm Good! How was your trip?" In other words, she gave me the impression that although I wasn't home she still received all of the attention she needed and deserved. I will definitely be utilizing Shelly's pet sitting service whenever I'm going to be out of town for 2 days or more. Her fees are very reasonable, she's prompt, she truly loves animals, and my cat really liked her.

just want to thank you and compliment Tyranny on her care of Bowen. He seems very relaxed and happy and not at all upset by our absence! Also tyranny did a great job communicating with us by text to let us know everything was going well.

Shelley has always accommodated us for years. She takes a personal interest in all of her clients and their owners! I am grateful to her and the people she's had working with her. As far as rating her company, 5 just isn't high enough but its the most allowed here. Always Great!

-Responded immediately to my initial call -Made herself available on short notice -Thorough, organized, trustworthy, extremely passionate about animals and their well being -Went above and beyond her scope of duties -Followed up with me regarding my special needs kitty -Sent detailed texts to reassure me that all was well Shelley took the best care of my 6 cats while I was traveling out of the country. When I returned they were all relaxed and happy. She made suggestions on how to ensure the best health for my pets, which I took as expert and welcomed advice, not criticism. I 100% trust Shelley and Love Fur Life. Aside from being a passionate pet lover, she is an honest business woman, truly compassionate, and above all - has integrity. The very best choice for pet sitting! Highly recommend.
