I went in feeling like a thousand pounds and walked out feeling like a feather! As someone who has suffered multiple injuries and still competes in contact sports, I was hoping to target many sore and stiff areas. I can gladly say there wasn't anything that wasn't addressed, David was genuine and thorough. Truly a wonderful experience!

Man I feel much better! I was in unbelievable pain and didnt know what to do. Ive learned some foam roller tips, targeted band workouts and even some stretches for the am and the pm. Thank you so much for the education!! Sad I was only visiting NC or id come back a lot!

David has an excellent working knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, range of motion, muscle activation etc I went in for a sports massage which turned out to be his specialty as hes worked with professional athletes. I work hard in the gym nearly everyday and was suffering from stiffness, soreness and a couple of minor range of motion issues. David worked to focus on the range of motion areas first to get them to release and was successful in doing so. He then moved on to apply deep pressure to smooth out a lot of trouble areas. David gave me homework to work on my trouble areas before we finished up. All in all I felt much better and we got a lot done for a single session. David is a great guy and great at what he does. Go to him once and you wont go to anyone else!

Dave is the best! He helped me avoid surgery on my shoulder by figuring out my issue is muscle related instead of bone! I highly recommend him.
